Tracey is an incredible therapist. I've been seeing her for years and can't recommend her enough. She is well versed in Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing. I was new to these practices and have found them immensely beneficial for anxiety, grief, and self-esteem work. Her office feels so warm, calm, and inviting which matches her energy. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their therapist!
