The staff at Dr. Kopen’s office are very nice people. I called the office for an eye emergency and they got me in within an hour and Dr Kopen thoroughly exams both eyes not just the one. I love the office and would not go anywhere else.
Excellent staff. Pleasant professional doctor. Good help in picking out frames. Have not gotten them yet, only ordered.
Generally good, would be great if I can get told the side effect of the eye drops. Both my daughter and I got them but none get told, especially that I was asking questions and concerned of the drops applied to my daughters eyes. Got me worried when I started to seeing weird.
Very professional—kind, friendly, and courteous. I recommend it to everyone.
