We have been seeing Dr. Kopan for our eyecare for over 30 years. He is highly qualified, professional, thorough, respectful, and compassionate. I have the utmost confidence in him.
Kaplan made rescheduling my appointment easy. When I arrived, they were ready for me immediately & started the exam. The optometrist identified a problem quickly & explained the concern thoroughly. She reassured me of potential interventions. The reception referred me efficiently to an ophthalmologist.
Emailed them about 2 months to a month ahead and even asked if they would take our insurance and was told yes, to only be told they WOULD NOT accept our insurnace only 2 days beforehand and then tell me the appointment would be $170 out of pocket is extremely unprofessional. No given time to get the money together if I decided to proceed along with just claiming they would accept any insurnace just to notify me only days before the appointment they do not.
I like going to a small eye dr.i l love the new machine instead of dilated yr eyes.
I've been going here for years and will continue. I always feel very well taken care of. Everyone is super kind and helpful.
