They charge you a copay for a follow up appt. No other doctor office does this. Lost a customer for $15. Hope it was worth it!
The service was very good, the Dr. took great care in getting the correct prescription. The assistant was very helpful in choosing frames and lens amenities. Overall I am very pleased. One drawback, I had a 9:30 appointment and didn't see th doctor till 10:20. But I feel they were thorough and I understand the difficulty of scheduling.

The staff at Kopan eyecare were great and personable. Dr. Kopan is great and really engaging with his patients. I appreciate his attention to detail and taking his time to explain his findings. I will let others know about you guys.
I had been looking for an eye doctor in the area and had tried several different places in the past. Kopen is by far the best and I plan to stick with them as I continue my eyecare journey. Dr. Langenderfer is knowledgeable, compassionate and personable. The staff is kind, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend them.
