I had a fear of dentists bc of bad experiences of pain, expenses, judgement & sum how my teeth needed a lot of “work” when I had “good ins”- so I lost trust in dentists. After hv’n a spinal injury, disabled & adult Medicaid, it’s hard finding a dentist that accepts it & actually help you. Amen, I found Dr. Rutherford. Out dated equipment, ghetto assistants, very incompetent staff. The ladies up front are nice and seem to do well.
Dr. Rutherford's office was very unprofessional. Getting the money seemed to be the primary concern. I had to pay $140 BEFORE I was seen and then I was approached for $58 more while I was in the dentist chair! While drilling in my mouth, the Dr. & the hygienist carried on a convo with Dr. Rutherford's "Uncle Billy" who was standing in the doorway of the room I was in. Additional complaints: broken AC in July, dirty windowsills, old equipment. I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from there.
