Very bad experiences here so far. Read the contract and see the actual room before you sign lease agreement. The front and the back of the building both face railway, highway, and large construction sites going on and making loud noises. The management lures you to sign contract and want you to pay as fast as possible before you see the actual site.

I moved to Trac75 about a month ago ! I absolutely love Trac75! My apartment is comfortable and everything I was looking for in a apartment. Trac75 is pet friendly which is a big bonus. Management is excellent here ... if you come by any problems they are resolved quickly and professionally. Maintenance is awesome as well ! Great apartment highly recommend
My husband and I just moved in this last August, and we love it here. Top of the line amenities, including a Peloton bike in the fitness center, dog washing station in the pet spa, and private outdoor dog area. The building also has a media room, kitchenette, and huge lobby area and rooftop deck for all residents to enjoy. Very clean and top of the line equipment in every area.
