Obviously very competent, listens well,very easy to talk with and share my complaints ! Efficiently run office .
As shown in other comments they time from scheduled appointment to time to see the MD. I like to think Dr. Duong is spending the appropriate time with his patients. It's more likely the folks doing the schedules are ever booking him. Regardless, I appreciate his professionalism and care.
