Been here for over 20 years and so far this is the best manager and maintenance we’ve ever had , things get actually fixed around here and the manager is super nice!
I’ve lived here my whole life I’ve never really had any problems with these apartments. Toni is very kind and so is Oscar he always get’s things done. I always see them with a smile on there face and I really appreciate the work they do around here!

This place is great. I’ve lived here for three years and from day one have had nothing but positive experiences. The property manager Tonie is phenomenal, constantly working and breaking her back to go above and beyond the call of duty. She keeps this place running smoothly. I love how quiet this complex is and clean, no rats, ants, roaches or any creepy crawlers you see in dilapidated places. Most of the other residents have lived there long term and no wonder.
