Basically No Stars as this company never did appropriate inspections on my rental property, therefore never raised rents for years! Lost monies! They are incompetent, do not know how to manage properties appropriately and communicate with their clients on needed repairs or to help protect their investment. Mr. Roberts doesn't know how to operate a business, does not pay his commissioned sales personnel as promised. Do not go into a contract with this company. CA
This company was a hot mess. We did not have heat downstairs, our door wouldn't shut, and the dishwasher wouldn't work. For several months they ignored our calls and made promises they wouldn't keep... So why the 5 star review? Kay Patni was hired and she fixed all the problems I had within 4 days. She followed up and made sure that all my issues were resolved and I was satisfied with the work done.
