We hired Adi to fully rebuild our deck from the ground up — complete demolition and full reconstruction. It was a complex project, including installing cable railing and several custom elements that required precision and real craftsmanship. We hired Adlis and his team to do a screened patio to bedroom conversion, deck extension, and bathroom renovation. A double window was also removed and french doors were installed for a new access to the back. Adlis gave fair pricing and his team works quickly and reliably. The project was done within the given timeframe. His team even works on weekends to get the project done. We provided the plans and he took care of filing the permits. Amazing team and excellent quality of work T&R Home Improvement executes. Fair pricing, no delays, work is done per mutual agreement. They would come in every morning including weekends and ensure work is done. This is not the first time we hired them and they are to go contractor for us. Highly recommend Adlis and T&R team.
