Best gym in Noco and I would argue; in all of Colorado. Definitely the place to go in order to get that last push in motivation. Everyone works hard and though a small space when compared to a commercial gym; the turnaround in equipment use is quick. Additionally, the owner is very knowledgable and is always happy to help if you have questions. I am so glad I chose this gym over a commercial gym. Small welcoming community regardless of individual goals.

I was in a super dark place when I started going to TR fitness. The people in the gym and Justin the owner of the gym made it feel like a safe place to be without judgment. I learned so many new things and I started to feel more comfortable and confident in my body again. So professional and such a good atmosphere.

This gym has become my second home. The owner and members are family now. Justin has helped me reach fitness goals that I didn’t know I was capable of. Great equipment, music, and people.

This place has been like a second home since I started my fitness journey. The other members have become family. From being over weight and lost, to competing nationally with amazing bodybuilders. If it wasnt TR fitness, I would not be where I am today. If youre looking for a place where it feels like family and you can be the best version of you, its TR fitness
