One of the best gyms in Greeley, especially for the serious lifters, body builders, training for strength and athletics. But don't be intimidated, everyone is real chill. Has everything I would ever need and then some. The owner is super cool, an excellent trainer, and I really like the no contract or BS policies other gyms try to scam you into. Kid friendly too for those busy parents. Not going to find that anywhere else. Prices are reasonable and worth it. Lastly, super cool fact is it's private and open 24/7!

Best gym in Noco and I would argue; in all of Colorado. Definitely the place to go in order to get that last push in motivation. Everyone works hard and though a small space when compared to a commercial gym; the turnaround in equipment use is quick. Additionally, the owner is very knowledgable and is always happy to help if you have questions. I am so glad I chose this gym over a commercial gym. Small welcoming community regardless of individual goals.

I was in a super dark place when I started going to TR fitness. The people in the gym and Justin the owner of the gym made it feel like a safe place to be without judgment. I learned so many new things and I started to feel more comfortable and confident in my body again. So professional and such a good atmosphere.
