I really wanted to continue service with TPS because they did good work, when they showed up. For us, it was the lack of communication and need to reach out several times before we got a response. I'll keep our service tech's name out of it, but he was not responsive to our emails or continued messages through their portal. It took months, literally, to get him out to replace some small rocks on a berm they installed. He didn't show up when he said he would a few times and it got to be frustrating. Terrible service for snowplowing, rarely shows up , won’t respond to calls or texts. When they do show up they leave snow I. The road and deep snow in my driveway. I have a two car wide driveway and they won’t plow to the sticks making it a one car wide driveway.
TPS Has done an amazing job on my yard year after year they took over when Lawn America was sold.I recommend TPS to any and everyone with no caveat or exception!!!!!!
I have contracted with TPS for close to 8 - 9 yrs. I have a Fantastic relationship with Rob Sneller, the Team Leader for TPS. The technicians that treat my lawn are always respectful and informative of everything. They have a great understanding of the various types of grass, weeds and fungus. They explain the treatments and what I should expect to see subsequent to their application. Numerous Residents in my Community have complimented me on the condition of my lawn and have reached out to TPS to treat their lawns as well. ... read more
