I really wanted to like this practice, but unfortunately, TPMG does not seem to prioritize patient experience. Many of their policies feel inconvenient and inflexible. For example, patients are not allowed to switch providers, and if your physician is unavailable for a sick visit, you cannot be seen by another available provider. I had Dr. Fenderson years ago for my doctor. He was an amazing Physician. I can't say enough great things about him and his service. At that time he was getting ready to retire. Wishing him and his family the best. Happy Holiday to everyone working in the office. Have a Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

Came in with the start of shingles, had them 7 years ago in the exact area James quickly sent prescription but forgot pain meds. I had to call back for the med. so could not get until the next day. Hoping for some relief in the coming days. I have been a patient here for almost 40 years. Love the staff!
