As a family that is new to the area, I needed a physical form completed for both the YMCA and my child’s school. Unfortunately, the office did not have the required form on file and was unfamiliar with it. Since this is a pediatric practice, I expected commonly requested school and sports/childcare forms to be readily available for the convenience of families. I was a patient here since I was a child. One day I was told I was banned and no longer aloud to go to any of their practices. I asked them to provide the reason and they wouldn't respond. I talked to several people who refused to help me and tell me why I was banned. It makes no sense. I was seeing Dr. Joy and I never had an issue with her before. I even filed a complaint with the medical board. This practice is extremely unprofessional and heartless. I don't know why you would do this to a patient that's been coming there ... read more
