Received a phone call from this office today 03.24.2026 @ 10:24AM to set up a patient portal. When I stated that I never requested to set anything up, and before I could ask any questions (maybe I was referred here and just wasn't aware), the lady that did not say her name hung up on me. Shows a lot about how things are run and how the employees are allowed to treat established or possibly new patients. Sad.
I appreciate that the nurse and Jessica, we're able to work me into the schedule earlier then my telehealth appt. However, because it was lunch time the nurse@the desk, didn't want to book my 3 month appt. I will call back I suppose.

I am a patient of Jessica Staples at TPMG. She is amazing. So patient kind,easy to talk to, caring . Cares about all her Patients. Great medical professional.
This is a new primary care Doctor for me. I like Dr. Kamel and her associate Jessica. They have been very thorough. I think it is a good fit. The only drawback I see is their outer office. Not really any privacy. You are telling them why you want to be seen.
