First, I want to be very clear that I absolutely LOVE Dr. Petersen. I could list over 20 friends and family I have referred to him over the years. He is an excellent doctor and I would see him for my care always, if possible. DO NOT WASTE TIME GOING HERE!! My dr sent a referral here in 2025. I called them several times to schedule an appt and they NEVER answer their phones. Never!! I then made a trip there in person to schedule an appt. This was three months later bc I had surgery and couldn’t drive. 3 months later, they still hadn’t returned my call to schedule an appt. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I have consistently been on time to my appointments with this practice. Unfortunately, on the day of my most recent appointment, I experienced a flat tire on the way and arrived 9 minutes late after a 45-minute drive. I apologized immediately and explained that the situation was completely out of character for me.
