UPDATE: I had talked to the office manager and this didn’t help. Their responses to these reviews are automated. Very disappointing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I used to absolutely love this office and have been going here for years. But had a bad experience today that put me off wanting to ever go back. I was only a few minutes late today and they canceled my appointment. They told me that the grace period is 8 minutes. I was referred to this practice multiple times, but the staff was unable to locate any of my three referrals. After repeated attempts, I finally gave up and took my care elsewhere. No matter how skilled the doctors may be, the administrative staff’s disorganization made it impossible to get an appointment. Losing multiple referrals is not a minor issue, it signals a serious problem with how the practice is run. I used to have a great experience here, but over the past few months communication has become a serious issue. Messages through the patient portal go unanswered, and phone calls from both myself and my pharmacy are not returned. This lack of responsiveness has directly impacted my care. My medication management has been extremely inconsistent.

I was very optimistic about coming to this facility because I had seen great reviews, so I am sad to be writing this review. Do not come to this practice if you have any sort of complex condition or anything that may require some actual research! The first negative experience I had was not being notified of the new patient rule- no grace period for appointments. So keep that in mind if you are a new patient!
