From check in to check out everyone here is always cheerful, I’ve never had a hint of anyone having a bad day. John Goodwin is one of the few medical professionals who makes me feel heard. I highly recommend this location.
Used to be great. But their office is a complete mess. They don't respond to pharmacists' FIVE requests for refills at all, they called me SIX TIMES for my insurance information, which I gave them ALL SIX TIMES, and on top of that, when I called to speak to someone, the girl who answered was rude as hell. Update: THEY RESPOND BY ASKING ME TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE MANAGER, YET I'VE LEFT 6 MESSAGES (BC YOU *NEVER* GET A LIVE PERSON TO ANSWER YOUR CALL) ASKING THEM TO HAVE HER CALL ME JUST IN THE LAST WEEK ALONE AND YET I HAVEN'... read more

Complete mess. I love Dr. Joshi but it's not worth having to deal with this disaster of an office staff.
Great doctors but unfortunately this is another place that has taken on such a huge patient load that it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them.
