Great doctors but unfortunately this is another place that has taken on such a huge patient load that it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them.
Phones are never answered. Been calling for a few days, call goes to voicemail. I left a message earlier in the week, no one has returned my call. This is frustrating.
John Goodwin is a rare breed of medical professionals. I am very lucky to have been set up with him as my endocrinologist. He exhibits empathy and understanding in all aspects of his care and has supported me through any questions, curiosities and explorations as we’ve navigated my health together. I cannot recommend him enough!
No one answers the phone - you just get voice response, always have to leave a message; doesn't say how long to wait for a return call. You get VM no matter which option you select- new appt, nurse, billing, refills, providor. Understaffed? Other reviews say the same, so why not resolved? Doctors may be great but if you can’t get thru to anyone or get a return call within 24-48 hours, experience overall becomes problematic and you look to going elsewhere.
