Doctors and staff are great. It's annoying though having to go to a separate location and wait just to get labs done.
Extremely disappointed with the severe and immediate drop in quality in service since Dr. Davis left. I contacted TPMG to cancel an appointment more than 72 hours in advance (in accordance with TPMG's 24-hour cancellation policy) and was threatened by two staff members with cancellation fees and referral to a collection agency. The place is cool. It’s near me and I like coming here. The older doctor who retired was very nice and I’m excited to see the new doctor in place. If I had a complaint I think I’ll have to say that tv in the waiting room is the loudest thing I ever heard. The funny thing is I’m hearing impaired so I wear hearing aids but it’s so loud to me that it’s very difficult to talk to the receptionist but once I’m in the back I feel much better.
