We had broken pipe that turned into a new pump job (which we half expected, so we don't feel like he was just trying to get extra work. The pump was almost 20yrs old). Prompt arrival, very friendly. I had a lot of questions and he explained while he worked. He had to come back two days later with our new pump, and he only charged us for the second visit of installing the new pump, not for the first 1.5 hrs he was there to fix the busted pipe two days prior.
