THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! – Do not engage on any activity with this company or person, you will regret greatly. I am in a middle of a law suit against TPM and Jeff Samuels and hopefully I will be able to put them out of business for good. You have been warned!!!!!!
Crooks – Read other user reviews - All of them are true. Personal experience - they are all crooks from renting, leasing to move outs. Never honor any promises and they swindle innocent renters.

Be warned horrible service – Do NOT lease or buy from TPM Management be warned, here is why...read on 1) After the documents were signed and deposit turned in, it took them 9 days to hand over the 2nd key after harrowing time with numerous phone calls and e-mails 2) House was in horrible condition. What was shocking was it was nice and clean when we toured. 3) None of the broken items were fixed including door bell, electric outlets. 4) Once we moved out not a single penny was returned despite phone calls, letters and e-mail... read more
Great Service – I have tried several Property Manager in the area, TPM is pro-active in finding good tenants and good rents.
Shady outfit. You've been warned – First, check with the Texas Real Estate Commission if these guys have a license required by the state.
