I have been a loyal customer of TP Nails and Spa for over a year, coming in every 2–3 weeks. I always choose the higher-end services because I don't mind paying more when I'm receiving quality work and a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, my visit today was very disappointing. My nail technician recommended that I switch from Hybrid Gel to Beauty Gel because she said it was thinner, more natural, and healthier for my nails. I trusted her recommendation. The girl who did my nails was super sweet and amazing, the only reason they even got three stars. The guy who did my toes made me feel crappy for having tiny pinky toenails, he originally didn’t even try to paint them until I asked another lady. Then when he was told to paint them he seemed extremely annoyed, then proceeded to talk bad about my toenails to another guest…. Unfortunately I will not be back because I shouldn’t feel self conscious over the length of my toenails. Plus my big toe is chipped before I even left.
Lisa did an awesome job on my pedicure. It was my first time here and I’m definitely coming back!
