Jacqueline was very friendly and personable! Jacqueline verified my service request, provided recommendations, cost and finish time estimates, kept me informed, and contacted me when a delay was required (due to a problem found during service), and let me know when finished.
Highly recommend this dealership! We had the best experience with Kyla, Garret, and Greg. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made sure we got the exact vehicle we were looking for. Kyla went above and beyond to help me set up the Toyota app and learn some of the new tech I have no experience with. She was also a great help with our 5 year old daughter while we worked with Greg in finance. I couldn’t be happier with how easy they made this process!
