UPDATE 10/24/25: Since my extremely negative review on 10/11/25, Walnut Creek Toyota finally reached out to me, and offered me their profuse apologies. I dealt with several phone calls from Eddy (one of the managers), who was patient with me and listened to all my concerns. They obviously didn’t admit any wrongdoing, but offered to redo the entire maintenance service from top to bottom which I appreciated (in case they “missed” something previously). Took my RAV4 in for the 10,000 mile check at my appointment time of 9:30am, car was promised by 2:00pm. The update and status links are virtually useless as they don't update them until the very end to let the owner know what's happening. 2:00pm came and went with no word from the service department. I called a few times for updates with no pickup, and an automated message saying that they would get back to me, of course they didn't. 4:30pm came and I called back to arrange a ride back to Toyota to wait as I know they close ... read more
