Booked an online appointment for Saturday, October 3rd at 3:45 PM — showed up and they wouldn't honor it. Instead of owning it, they just blamed their crappy scheduling software. Zero accountability. If you book online here, don't expect anyone to stand behind it.
This location is not the closest but I like the most. People and services are nice! Johnny is my representative and he is alway so patient to explain things, understand the clients need and never convince something unnecessary for my car. Keep up the good work. I will alway come back for my car
Everything about my first trip to Toyota WC Service was excellent. Making the appointment was easy and fast, and got my first choice date and time. Friendly greeting upon arrival, then Will took over, again everything was fast, easy, efficient, informative and friendly. Pleasant comfortable area for waiting. I had a very disappointing experience at Toyota Walnut Creek Service Centre. After my Toyota RAV4 was serviced at Jiffy Lube, the check engine light had come on. I then brought my vehicle to this dealership for a diagnosis. I was told by George that the diagnostic fee would be $250, and I left my car there while using a rental vehicle they provided.
