Everything about my first trip to Toyota WC Service was excellent. Making the appointment was easy and fast, and got my first choice date and time. Friendly greeting upon arrival, then Will took over, again everything was fast, easy, efficient, informative and friendly. Pleasant comfortable area for waiting. I had a very disappointing experience at Toyota Walnut Creek Service Centre. After my Toyota RAV4 was serviced at Jiffy Lube, the check engine light had come on. I then brought my vehicle to this dealership for a diagnosis. I was told by George that the diagnostic fee would be $250, and I left my car there while using a rental vehicle they provided. UPDATE 10/24/25: Since my extremely negative review on 10/11/25, Walnut Creek Toyota finally reached out to me, and offered me their profuse apologies. I dealt with several phone calls from Eddy (one of the managers), who was patient with me and listened to all my concerns. They obviously didn’t admit any wrongdoing, but offered to redo the entire maintenance service from top to bottom which I appreciated (in case they “missed” something previously).
