My daughter (19) purchased her first vehicle in January and scheduled her first service appointment (oil change) in April at Paul Miller Service Center. Kudos to Tyler and Luke in the Kunes Toyota of Galesburg Service Department. Took my '21 RAV4 in for oil change, tire rotation and the usual inspection (especially worried about the 12v battery as I have no idea how old it is). We went for a routine alignment and oil change. Our 4Runner had minor pre-existing bumper damage: a small crack and one bent tab from a previous incident. We were upfront about this from the start.
