Horrific! They do not honor online prices. They add on all sorts of fees. They charged me $600 because I did not want to use their financing department. Then they TAXED all the fees. Totally illegal! Major scam.
This dealership is dog piss.....stay away. Liars from the top of management to their slimy sales people. Will never go back to this dump. Shithole is being nice......incompetent liars! And yes, blatant liars. Stay away!

I love Toyota's otherwise the Sales customer service team was not helpful at all. Service department is really nice though.
Sales manger Keith and sales consultant Eddie are such liars! They can't even tell the same lie....horrible dealership! Brought us back to purchase a car they don't even have! Told us one price and we got there and it was a totally different price for a different vehicle year!
My overall experinence in toyota universe was great!!!!! i got all my questions ansewer and was very well greeted by the salesman Jamie. He was very helpful with everything, i am very satisfied with all the help giving. If you are looking for someone to help you choose a car he can deffinietly do that for you.!!
