I walked into toyota universe just to look around. The staff was very kind and professional. I was offered drinks and popcorn by a salesman named Abe who answered all of my questions and treated me like a person. I was at another dealer earlier on where I felt the salesman pressuring me into buying a car which I was not ready for! I will definitely be going to toyota universe once I'm ready to buy a car and I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
I never thought about getting a brand new car because i thought that i can't afford it but thanks to Mr.Abdel Ibrahim whom was recommended to me by my cousin and i will recommend him to all my friends and family.
Very personable dealership! Got a lot of useful information from a man named Luther. I came interested in trading in my honda civic, but had to leave a little earlier than expected. I plan to go back soon and see Luther again. Thank you for all your help! Will recommend this dealership to others.
Honestly it was great chance for me I never had an understandable salesman like Mr. abdel Ibrahim. He explained every single concern I had and literally convinced me that it worth it. I would highly recommend all my friends to go and consult him and take his advice with no doubt.
