Great place to shop, great place to work!
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I come here for a simple oil change they take at least another 1.5 hours on top of the original time they give me. Everyone in the place has no idea what’s going on and they bounce you around to several employees and it makes the process even longer. The price also always winds up being higher than expected and they try scamming you telling you other parts of your car need working on just so you spend more money (even when there’s no issue with them). Sales person insisted on a new car several times. We refused since that wasn’t what we were looking for.
