Because I feel they bate and switch I called gave them my price range they said they had about 12 different cars in that range went their about 45 minutes after I got off the phone asked for the person they told me to and he said they only had one car why would you lie and have me drive all the way to jonesboro it was just to get me their hoping they could sell me something higher so I felt that they lied to me and I dont deal with people or companys that do that so be aware

I am very unhappy with Toyota South. I have been arrested and my car towed because they gave me canceled registration to put on my car. I have been trying to get in touch with Bruce Ben, and there is no sense of urgency with him or the company to fix the situation. I have been missing work and money due to this situation. I will never buy from Toyota again!
did oil change on my tundra, didnt do it correctly, wend down the road engine blocked up, towed back and do another oil change, check engine light for the camshaft was on, take back multiple time didnt fixed, get my warranty ro replaced the new engine. took them almost 2 months to put new engine in. no renter car. still changed me for deductible
