Andrew and staff at the service center are phenomenal!!! We were heading south from Morehead to Tennessee for a UK basketball game and had a flat tire. They went above and beyond to find the tire we needed and replaced it for us!!! Had us back on the road in no time in order for us to make it to the game! Fed us pizza too!! Amazing experience!! Thank you so much Toyota South service center!!! Go Big Blue!!!
Wow. By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a service team at any mechanic/dealership ever. The lead man Andrew was fantastic. He took it upon himself to serve us close to closing time and make sure that we knew exactly what we were receiving and paying for. Not only did he serve his time for our country as a Marine.
