Called and asked to schedule an appointment to have my car checked, and appointment was a week out. The night before the appointment, I have the car towed to location. The next day, they contacted me and acted like I did not have an appointment and just randomly dropped my car in their lot. Explained what was wrong with the car and less than 30 minutes later, told me the motor was blown and he would not replace it. Tried to price a motor or suggested saying to junk yard. We were traveling home from North Carolina to Michigan when our transmission died late Monday afternoon. When we called for a tow the operator checked and informed us that G’s could look at it as soon as it was brought in. Greg (owner) confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced. It was at closing time. He offered to bring us to a car rental agency and gave us some recommendations for places to stay/eat. Long story short, we stayed two nights in the Richmond area and were on our way back home Wednesday around noon.... read more
