Recently serviced my car at the Woolloongabba centre. After trying to call and multiple emails, someone finally got back to be after over a week. They never answer their calls. I had to book in a second appointment following the service for additional repairs, was given an automatic booking for the next day with no consultation if that suited me. Got my Lexus serviced there today. Awful service from start to finish namely Patrick who for whatever reason didn’t want me to talk to the manager. The service manager who took my car in for the service in the morning wasn’t happy because I had an emailed price from them at $249. To my shock, he wanted to charge me $299. Should’ve seen his face when I showed him the email😊 No stamp on the logbook because it was a fixed price service, but how would a commoner know that??
