10 out of 10 Southside Toyota! Their professionalism, good communication and updates etc make for a seamless car servicing experience from start to finish. I want to especially thank Josh Watson for his friendly approach, excellent communication and professionalism. Also want to mention that I opted to have the wheels aligned and on pick up Josh provided paperwork outlining an analysis of the wheels before and after realignment. Hadn’t seen that before. Sometimes it’s the small things :) Cheers
Unable to get warranty service before Driving holiday to Melbourne after Christmas from Taringa service centre. Our tyre service centre recommended your service centre at Gabba. From first phone call I was happy and con fident the car would be fixed on time. I received regular friendly updates and niw have car fixed and ready for our holiday. Thanks so much
