First off to have an 7:30am appointment it really means nothing I talk to the service rep that I needed an inspection sticker because my vehicle passed emissions he said we still have to charge you for both stickers no problem I'll pay knowing that's wrong so my car goes back for inspection and alignment 3 hour wait then I see pull my car out the service department I still waited 30 minutes after that just for DeVon Jefferson to tell me my car is ready I watched other people cars get pull up to the front I had to walk into t... read more
I’ve had my RAV4 for years and I was definitely overdue for some maintenance. This was my first time bringing it into this particular location and I’m really glad I did. The staff were very welcoming as soon as I arrived. I worked with Jakob and he did an amazing job! He is friendly and professional in a way that I never felt rushed. I brought my car to Center City Toyota for a battery/start-up issue, and the experience was very disappointing. The service manager listened to my concerns but didn’t actually address them. They checked and charged the battery, but didn’t provide a clear diagnosis or explanation for why the issue was happening. I was also told that the car can’t sit for 2 days without the battery dying and that I would need to drive it more. That explanation makes no sense. A new car should not need a jump after sitting for just 2 days. What... read more
