I bought a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia from auction and spent over $5,000 on parts from them for the repair. I’ve also been a customer before and bought a car through them last year. When I first called for a diagnosis on a pedestrian sensor issue, I got an appointment within a few days. After they found out the car was from auction through my dealership, the appointment was pushed to about 6 weeks. Brought my car in because it didn't start when it was cold, the 12V battery is 5 years old, which listed as the expected life of the battery. I told them that I wanted them to replace the battery. When I went to pick up my car in the afternoon, they said they tested the battery and it was fine... I guess I need to wait until I am jumping my car every morning before they'll replace my battery.

I purchased my Toyota in Massachusetts and paid extra for lifetime nitrogen tire fills as part of my service package. During a long trip to Pittsburgh, PA, my tire pressure dropped, so I visited the local Toyota dealership for a quick nitrogen refill. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service department told me they would not fill my tires and also wanted to charge me around $40 for the service—even though I already paid for lifetime nitrogen fills when I bought the vehicle.
