Disorganized. Have been here twice. Time estimates off by 3 hours. Get rushed call to pick up car only to wait another 20 min for them to get it. Their employees walking to and from a busy street is also not safe. Someone died doing that years ago and I see they haven’t done anything about that.
Trust the reviews - this place is absolute trash! Such a waste of time and money!! I just needed to know what needed to be fixed so my car could pass inspection (out of state car) - pretty sure they never even looked at it! They asked what I thought was wrong with it and I said I was told by a dealership ten years ago my O2 sensor needed to be replaced, so I knew about that already, plus I was having tire pressure issues in one tire but I thought it was just a seal issue from hitting a curb. I bought a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia from auction and spent over $5,000 on parts from them for the repair. I’ve also been a customer before and bought a car through them last year. When I first called for a diagnosis on a pedestrian sensor issue, I got an appointment within a few days. After they found out the car was from auction through my dealership, the appointment was pushed to about 6 weeks.
