I purchased my Toyota in Massachusetts and paid extra for lifetime nitrogen tire fills as part of my service package. During a long trip to Pittsburgh, PA, my tire pressure dropped, so I visited the local Toyota dealership for a quick nitrogen refill. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I brought my car in for a valve cover gasket replacement and was disappointed with the service. After getting home and inspecting under the hood, I noticed several plastic pieces were broken (see attached photos), and the overall work appeared unprofessional. Additionally, the valve cover gasket did not seem to be installed correctly, with part of it sticking out of the edge. I expected service from factory trained, experienced mechanics.
