Their diagnostic team sucks, after having service my car for 5 years I won't be coming here again, Andy Mohr Toyota fixed my issue on the first try. O'Brien had 4 chances to fix it, they had my car for over 8 hours each time and failed. I spent hundreds of dollars for nothing. The technician at Andy Mohr said he found a bunch of broken wires, so O'Brien actually made things worse.

Bill(I think) in Parts and Brandon in Service were fantastic! Both of these gentlemen were extremely helpful and made everything easy with fixing my AC. Initially I had gotten my car diagnosed somewhere else, so first I spoke to Bill about ordering the part for me. Bill was super super helpful, without him and his excellent customer service, this process would have been so much more difficult. I am not good at names, so I hope I remembered his name correctly.
