Service department is beyond slow don't wait there even if they say it will not take long. Took 4hrs to get an oil change even with an appointment. Laura was a good adviser avoid Paul he had me returning several times due to his incompetence
Go to Bakersfield Toyota the person that answered the phone was named Lethie she was pleasant and informative about my warranty on file referred me to a service advisor. I had a great experience with Paula she is a saleswoman with a strong background in integrity and honesty she knows how to get answers she is the best knows how to treat people not just a dollar sign.
It's always a pleasure coming here to do my service. All of my experiences have been pleasant for my new Toyota. Thank you.
