Was explained to me in detail what needs to be done
i brought my car for an oil change land after a week i checked the oil level right before i start the engine and its way to high from the dipstick level so brought it back to them and this man named carlos checked the oil level a minute right after i turned my engine off and he told me it was in a right level and i told him to wait but this carlos told me that’s how they checked it u have to run the engine first and told me he’s been doing it for 10 years and he also told me overfilling the oil level is not going to to cause... read more
I will never return to this Toyota for service ever again. I had an appointment for oil change and after waiting for two hours went looking for my service guy who was no where to be found so had another look into it and he informed me they hadn’t started my car and it would be a couple more hours. I told them I would never return here and it’s insane to be waiting this long when you have an appointment. I’m at 3 hours now. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend !!!!
