Thursday 10/9/2025 was my third visit to Mid City and as always I was not disappointed. Julie Prescot assisted me even before she fired up her Computer. She saw me in Line and came and said good morning. She immediately helped me with the check in. She followed all the steps she needed to follow. I got on the North bound Mid City Van. Every time I bring my Toyota Camry in for A detail oil change or the rare occasion, I had a key fob issue the guys in the service department have been more than helpful and always have my car ready for me in a timely fashion so happy that I got my Toyota Camry from them because the service department is top-notch
