As a traveler with a car that needed repair, I was pretty nervous. I Only had one day to get it diagnosed and repaired. They did a great job in a morning and I happily drove home over the next two days I appreciate Tanner and the workmen!!

Watching you multi task yesterday morning and being the only one seen working handling calls , checking in customers while other 2 just sat at their desk was frustrating! I had a scheduled appt at 10:45 and was not checked in until 10:05 ! It was frustrating . The other co- workers. didnt acknowledge or step in to help you. You definitely demonstrated good customer service skills and a good attitude through a busy morning ! Thank you
