I rang Ferguson Toyota service centre in Hurstville last week for a Re- call (warranty claim) on the DPF components; The office was so nice they ordered the parts in for me & I made a appointment for the service, the office also texted me to confirm the parts are in & confirmed the booking; Furguson Toyota are so efficient very happy with the service & would thoroughly recommend them, Regards Bill
I recently wrote an unfavourable review to Fergusons in relation to minor damage to a door on my vehicle I noticed on pick-up, and it took a bit longer than expected to get back to me. In addition, there appeared to be an IT glitch preventing me from submitting an enquiry online.
