This review is a 5/5 only because of the amazing service advisor, Kate! I had been in and out of the dealership with a check engine light issue that they couldn’t find a resolution for. I was continuously being sent from one advisor to another without any idea of when the issue would fully be resolved. On my third visit I was taken care of by Kate who advocated for me in ways that I am incredibly grateful for.
