Very very disappointed 😞. I went to there part counter to buy transmission cvt fluid and strainer. They counldnt find the parts in the computer, and me to just schedule an appointment and they'll get it done. If you cant fine the part how you going to get the job done. Thanks to toyota parts of Puyallup for selling me the parts.
Is the parts counter closed during lunch? I'm a very patient person, but eventually gave up and left. 7 other staff members noticed I had been there for a long time. Not a single one acknowledged that I existed. Why ignore the situation? Is this just Tacoma being Tacoma? Or is it a toxic it's-not-my-problem work environment? See something, say something. Side note: The other Toyota dealership is awesome.
I called for a part number and they said they can't give out part numbers over the phone because "I'm just going to copy it down and go buy it off of amazon and we will lose the sale". With as much money as this dealership makes, it wouldn't hurt your business just to help me find the part number that I am looking for. Just be kind. And if I was asking you for a part number to look it up online, it's not like i was ever planning on buying it from you anyway, so i dont see the logic lining up here. I'm disappointed.
I have Auto Shop in Puyallup and I highly recommend the parts department. They have a lot of experience and they know what they doing. They are awesome. Thank you very much.
Won't return parts even if it's unopened with no explanation.
