Terrible. Go anywhere else for a service. I got sent text saying "your service is due press Y if you want us to contact you", I did this, and no one ever came back to me. So I tried to call up and could not get through. I finally booked on the website, when I turned up at the booking time, they advised the booking was not in their system. So I had to rebook and come back a week later. As well as the service I asked for two other things to be looked at: 1.
