Compared to the other Southside Toyota service centre at Mt Gravatt, this Gabba centre seems to have shorter queue, but the waiting room is also smaller. They provide courtesy transportation to CBD, not sure about picking you up from CBD though. The guest lounge has benches, adjustable stools and AC outlet, with very good Wifi (ssid EA Guest) download and upload speed. Good place to spend a day on work while waiting.
