I love bringing my car here and is not as expensive as most people tell you about. I have been brining my cars here for years. My cars have never given me any problems. Nothing is more important to me than having peace of mind. I want to make sure my car won’t break down with my kids, because I am busy, and because I can’t imagine my car breaking down in the Bakersfield heat. lol. I always have a great experience at Bill Wright Toyota because of Erik Leon. He’s always helpful, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Erik keeps me updated on my car’s progress, and I always ask for him whenever I visit. His customer service makes each visit a positive one.👍
I did an oil change for my car and the employee who prepared my car had a very bad attitude when talked to me. I do not recommend this toyota service. Horrible customer service.
Unknowledgeable Sales person about the vehicles. Vehicle for sale that should have been inside for recall. Recommend going to Northside dealer 100%
