Bad customer service, and scamming people Dropped off my car for three hours, and they didn’t do anything to it. No oil change they don’t reset the light in they lift, the air filter cab on the seat.
I been here before and left a 5 star review previously. I came again to bring another vehicle for a diagnosis and recall software update. From the very beginning, everything felt rushed with the adviser assisting me. Second, they stated the $195 fee would go towards repairs made to the vehicle, which ultimately did not. I approved an almost $700 repair, and on top, they still wanted to charge me $195 diagnosis fee. I asked the adviser to please speak to her manager to at least not charge me the $195.
