I do not recommend this dealership. In my experience, everyone there is a scammer. I purchased my car from them and have had it serviced there, but I have never been satisfied with their work. They advertise lifetime-free parts, but when I took my car in for repairs, they claimed I was no longer eligible for the warranty because I had not brought it in on time or because I had visited a different Toyota dealership. The Parts Department appears to be the most poorly managed section in many Toyota dealerships across Virginia, especially at this location. I called every two hours for two consecutive days to check on a part's availability, but no one ever answered. On the third day, someone finally picked up, only to put me on hold and never return. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered.
I try to call them to get prices for my car. Auto part department they didn’t answer my call. You have to fix this issue.
