The service dept is so-so. I brought my car in to check for an oil leak; it was projected to take 1 hr. 2 hr later, they were just taking it in. I canceled the service as I had an appt elsewhere.
The dealership has a shuttle service to take you home while it’s being serviced, but good luck in trying to get back. There’s NO shuttle to bring you back to the dealership.
Really frustrating with Toyota in Lombard. I had service with them many times, but this time makes me really upset and angry. RACIST!!!

Has tried to sell my wife entire assemblies instead of replacing the one broken component (HVAC, Steering Rack, etc.) The difference of $300-$400 vs. $3000.00+!! DISGUSTING business practice.
