this 5 stars review is for Edvin who took care of my car today. i was coming over for air pressure pumping because of the past cold weather weekend and he quickly understood and neatly completed my request, then even offer to give my car a quick wash without me asking! i think that leaves me a good impression for this toyota location.
I walked into their parts section and ordered a cv axle boot for a 2017 Toyota camry se. They confirmed it will come next morning and then when I called next morning they said it will take 2 weeks. Pure bs. My car is already open in my garage and why did u commit me a single day and took my order then. When inside the service area I spoke with tanner and then ordered parts only after confirmation of next day arrival of those parts.
First experience ordering. Rust on incomplete welds and through to the raw metal gouges on the lower control arms. Rep said this is all normal. Emergent situation of changing out LCA’s so I had to keep them. Caused me extra time to attempt to repaint and seal the damage. I’m not sure if I would bother with this company in the future. Looks like they drag them across the warehouse before shipping. You could do better Olathe but as your rep basically said this is normal.
