First experience ordering. Rust on incomplete welds and through to the raw metal gouges on the lower control arms. Rep said this is all normal. Emergent situation of changing out LCA’s so I had to keep them. Caused me extra time to attempt to repaint and seal the damage. I’m not sure if I would bother with this company in the future. Looks like they drag them across the warehouse before shipping. You could do better Olathe but as your rep basically said this is normal.
I've had a great experience with Olathe Toyota Parts Center. The staff has consistently been helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to assist with finding the right parts. Not only is their customer service top-notch, but they also offer the best prices in town—hands down. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality parts without breaking the bank!
User Ordered a part for my Toyota and paid the super expensive ($65) overnight shipping. I had someone in town a short time who was available to repair my car. Nowhere on the online website was it stated that this part was not in stock.
