Very friendly staff! I hate car shopping usually, but felt no pressure at Toyota of Melbourne. Probably test drove 5 different cars and they were patient with me. To top it off I got a great deal on my new Camry! I recommend coming here to all my friends!!
Service Department tried to cheat me out of $1,600. I had two burned out light bulbs on the A/C control. They told me they were not replaceable and that I needed a new circuit board that would cost $1,600.00. I spent 5 minutes on the Internet that let me take less than two minutes to remove the control panel and the REPLACEABLE bulbs. I got the bulbs from another dealer for $6. Very disreputable. They honor nothing that they advertise, all lies.
Was extremely happy and surprised by the number of new toyota's they had in stock. Found a new tundra on the lot that was equipped exactly as we wanted and came up with a better deal than we were offered from the Orlando dealerships. Great salesperson Rich helped show us all about it and we never felt he was trying to take advantage of us. Thanks Toyota of Melbourne, I guess customer service really is important to you and not just a advertising gimmick.
