I am very surprised with my recent service on September 28. Toyota was always good at calling me when my service is done and talking to me after my service about my vehicle. Nothing was done. I had to call in and ask if my vehicle was completed. When I arrived no one was at the cashier to pay allow me to pay for my service. Once someone did arrive they just got my paperwork and I paid.
