They lost my business when they lied to me. Didn't tell me at a previous service my brakes were going bad. When I brought it in, my brakes were apparently so bad I needed new rotors in 2,000 miles I drove it mainly on the highway. Then they tried quoting me FULL PRICE when it was the March National brake pad sale event. I guess if you don't say anything they automatically charge you full price. So to correct for letting my brakes go on the last visit they offered me the sale price as a "special discounted price" just for me.... read more
