Contacted McDonough, got an e-mail from Dave that was right down to business...He gave me a great price up front, I drove to Staunton, VA, test drove the truck, finalized the deal and drove it home...the whole process was done in about 2 and a ½ hours and was really easy...Helen in finance was great to deal with, one the quickest deals I've ever done... I can't say enough about Dave, Helen and the dealership...I would definitely do business with them again.

Dealership completely ghosted after an offer was made. No rejection of off, counteroffer, just crickets. I can fully see why there are many low ratings for this business. There are many much better options in the valley and I would avoid this one.

Horrible experience. David had horrible customer service. I contacted about a vehicle on their website. Davidâs exact words were ââ¦has not been cleaned detailed or through the shop yet so it is not ready for sale at this time". I went back and forth with David over 11 days via email and kept asking when it would be available. He kept saying it was still in the shop. Was quickly contacted by a sales person from the dealership hoping to arrainge a time to see the car. Sadly i still havent been able to make the time to drive to Staunton but if the car remains available i may be able to go next weekend.
