Whatever you do... Don't trust Saul in sales. He is not interested in getting you what you want,he is interested in selling you what HE wants you to have. I asked him about car availability on 2015 Corollas and I checked up on his answer and found he flat-out LIED. His answer to it? Well, I guess you're just going to buy what you want to buy. Ummmm... YEAH, if I'm going to shell out $20K you're darn right I'm going to buy what I want.
Sale was great, post sale service was horrible...it's been two months and I have had 6 trips to the bmv without being able to title my vehicle in Indiana. Big waste of time, would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Dealer pointed finger at title compAny, title company pointed to bmv. Several times I was told I would get a call back, only happened once. I would Avoid this headache if you are an out of state buyer. Several of the good reviews on here are their internet sales team.
I drove from the north side. Totally worth it, great prices and staff. Ricky was a great salesman and I highly recommend this dealership.
