Buying a car at my age is always going to be painful. Years of doing so has left me counting my fingers after I shook hands. This time however, my need was great and it made me hyper aware not to be fleeced. It was not necessary. Sammy was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. Had a 5 star experience with the sales associate Sammy Packer - he was very professional, transparent, and wonderful to work with. The finance department was the opposite, I felt quite uncomfortable with how much I was being pressured to get an extended warranty despite declining multiple times. But overall, the sales experience was very efficient and I was able to walk in and out with a new vehicle in about 90 minutes.
Thank you Sam in sales and Tom in service for they’re excellent help, customer service and professionalism. I bought my toyota in St Charles, but I’ll be going here from now on, whether its an oil change in the impressive new service department. Or buying my next toyota.
