I suppose all is fair in making a sale, but this dealership sold a sports car to my CLEARLY impaired, elderly parent. While they did not yet had an assigned guardian / financial POA (slow process), it was obvious to anyone dealing with them that they were not decisional. My parent wasn't even able to produce or remember to bring a drivers license --- so to seal the deal they delivered it to my parent's home without them ever having even driven the car.
