I would have preferred to amend my original review, however google will not let me, so I want to provide a follow up for folks. After several weeks of inaction, I received a phone call from Hiro, the new GM at Toyota of Whittier. He had seen my review upon starting his job, and with only a few days on the books, he decided to dig into what happened here.
