Very responsive to my questions
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a sales person. We were buying from out of state, we started with Josh, when we would ask questions, there would be an extreme delay in answering we constantly felt pushed aside. Multiple times he said he would call us back and never did, he the completely stopped responding. Weekend passed and we got a call from Sean, another salesman, and again said he would call back and would never receive a call back. Horrible this car is just an ad to get into the dealership to finance instead. I called to verify if the vehicle was available they confirmed set an appointment time. I arrived at the appointment very upfront and let the salesman know we were there to purchase the vehicles advertised cash price. It was confirmed with a “yes mam”. Go to his cubicle to look it up he doesn’t see it in the system. He steps away to check inventory status with manager. Return to tell us the vehicle has been sold that morning…lies lies!!
