Treated fairly and were patient working through some problems. Would highly recommend.
It was fine. I was just frustrated with the fact that nobody at Toyota Financial or at this dealership could give me the final buy-out price total of my leased vehicle (which I wanted to buy at the end of my lease) until the day my lease ended and I had to appear at the dealership. I wanted to know the TOTAL amount due before my end of lease appointment. I do not understand why that was such a difficult request.
Efficient, Explained everything clearly, friendly staff, provided a ride to and from dealership. Overall first class service and very impressive showroom
I appreciate the honesty and “down to earth” approach from Nikki as I considered cars. I felt very comfortable and heard and we were able to work out a way for me to get my new 2026 Camry Hybrid. I’m loving it!
