I enjoyed the buying experience, but I am not happy with the follow-up after. My vehicle came with only 1 Key Fob. I was told they would look for the 2nd Fob and contact me. My salesman Pankaj was great but the experience was less than optimal. I was given a price out the door and sent the F&I office with Austin where I was pushed for multiple upgrades said no multiple times and then on the last offer they said my payment would only go up $5 a month and so I said okay cuz it sounded like a good deal. Got home and looked over the paperwork more closely and my total Finance amount went up by $3,700 for the extended warranty and gap.
