I went to the dealership to look at a used car, that was advertised on their website for $48,473. After taking a test drive I said how much will the car cost. To my surprise they came back with a figure of $55,473. When I asked what about the advertised price on their website which you can see in the picture, the sales man named Derrick Gordon (stay away from him) said we are charging you $1999 for detailing and another $4999 for paint refinish. Absolutely the worse experience in my 50 years of car buying. Sales manager was rude and difficult to negotiate with, undervalued the trade-in based on KBB by several thousand dollars, had overpriced used cars, new cars marked up above list price, the process takes forever. This dealership at one time was very nice but I noticed the seats in the waiting room have torn seats, maybe they've fallen on hard times

I was hoping my experience with Kunes was going to be a positive one. We had an appointment with a salesman and upon arriving was told to sit at his desk- NOONE approached us to ask if we have been helped or are waiting for someone. We waited for 15 minutes without any help at all. Before walking out I went to speak to someone who just glanced at me often and told him I was waiting to buy a car- noone helped so I am walking out. This review is only for the parts department. The online parts people are sub intelligent and dumb af. So I used to be a customer of this crappy business. Most of my orders are for parts and I order them online from their website. I ordered a part online that was NOT the right fit. I realized my mistake and try to cancel before the order is completed or picked up. The guy never returns my calls or messages. Buyer beware! I purchased a preowned car but never took delivery, as the Sales Manager Mike Percitino promised to replace the exhaust and the bottom black trim pieces on vehicle. They replaced the exhaust but they cannot get the trim parts. This has been over a month now. They cannot fulfill their end of the agreement, so I want my money back.

It’s not Keating Toyota , It’s CHEATING TOYOTA , I went to Keating Toyota Manvel to buy a RAV 4 for my brother who recently migrated to US. We agreed to pay the amount for a new RAV 4 , even though it was way more than the MSRP. But still we were happy so far , The cheating started from the account guy Sergio Ortega , he charged an additional $2615 to the total amount , in revenge of we declined all the additional care packages. I use them for my service needs! The staff is always friendly, willing to listen, and goes the extra mile to explain the details of repairs needed!!
