I am so glad I found Lost Pines Toyota and the great team there! Everyone (Sebastian, Marco, Cody, Caitlin, and Jason) went above and beyond to work with me in getting the car that was within my budget! They were professional, respectful, and simply straightforward with me. The entire process of buying a car from this dealership was different from the other dealerships I visited. I am so glad they earned my business and I hope to remain a loyal customer for a long time!

I have had the best experience with Mr. Marco Hernandez, Mr. Cody McCormick, Mr. Sebastian Soto, and Mr. Jason Pennell, one of the General Mangers. what a joke, set up an appointment, told its going to be an hour for an inspection. Service advisor states its going to take 1.5 to 2 hours., says the scheduler can say what they want, not always accurate. kind of a bait and switch. no notice, drove 45 min from GR, . I'll never do business with them again. I hope you don't get the same poor treatment I received.

Worst dealership in Michigan. I warn you to stay away if you expect to be treated with respect. If you don't care to be treated poorly then this is the place for you. I scheduled an appointment for a recall this morning. The person that scheduled the appointment said the inspection takes 1 hour. We drove 45 minutes to the dealer, when the service advisor came to discuss the appointment time he said 1.5 to 2 hours for the inspection. I explained we were told 1 hour on the phone. Such a friendly young man, helpful in everything I was looking for in a car, made buying as easy as possible. I got more than what I was looking for. Requested a diagnosis they reported items not relevant to the problem. They would tell me what tests were done or what codes may have been present. Said check engine light was not on. At first they refused to do additional test with additional charge. They then agreed, after two days no call, car was still parked in the same spot at the same crocked angle. I would never buy a car from here. drove 3 hours for them to waste my time. tried to charge me an additional $2,7oo dollars because it was Gold Certified with damage. Per a Toyota Dealer owner friend I have in a diff city the Gold certified can't have damage and the Certification is only $500. I’ve had to request a warranty claim TWICE because the first time it was never put into the system by their service manager Levi. It has been almost a year and no resolution for the paint defects on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I definitely won’t be purchasing the new Tacoma from this dealership when it comes out like I’d planned on doing. 4/27/2024: I took my 2023 Tacoma in for the axle recall.
